As professional content writers ourselves, we’re used to writing for other people and promoting the benefits of great content. But like so many others in the digital marketing world, we struggle to find the time to apply the same principles to our own business. It seems silly to write in so many voices about such a wide variety of subjects without making time to share our own knowledge and ideas.

Being a writer means capturing the style and voice of the client while using words which will attract the customers they want. That said, finding our own voice is something that can be more difficult than imitating others. Here at Castle Writing, other than writing the content for our own website (and the painstaking hours getting the website right on WordPress!!), it’s not often that we actually write for ourselves.

That’s why we thought it was time to launch the Castle Writing blog!

We want to undercover some of the nitty-gritty elements of what makes content stand out in the way you want, so you can improve your own and even recognise when to use the talents of others to enhance your business. It’s here that we’ll share our experiences with you about best writing practices, the latest news in the digital marketing world and what it takes to run a successful business.
